Comfortable rooms. Excellent localization.

They do not take credit cards. After we checked out, they charged us one extra egg.

We travel for at least 20 years and this was one of the worst places we ever stayed, ignorance of the manager, the staff could not care less if we were there or not, dump beds, no towels, loads of money for absolute no service, horrible experience!

The staff and manager treat us like we were not there, the beds were dump, the sheets were dirty and never changed during our 4 night stay, towels were taken from our room and never replaced, we have to chase the manager for hours to give us towels. We never before paid so much money per night (147$us) for so litle service. Horrible!!

Safe, value-for-money, yet basic place to stay within the main city of Easter Island. Location is excellent, short walking distance to the main street in town. Jose, the hotel manager, was friendly, spoke good english, and gave good recommendations on sights, restaurants, and activities-to- do. He also helped to pre-book a 4wd car before arrival, and provided complimentary airport return transfers.

Since Standard Rooms do not have Air-conditioning, it might get warm to stay in the rooms during the day in summer. The attached bath and toilet will probably need upgrading.
